This course is aimed out HR Generalists, Reward Specialists / Analysts / Members of Remuneration Committees and whoever is responsible for deciding upon human capital salaries in your oganisation.
This one day course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills application on how to target and use the correct salary surveys.
At the end of this one day workshop, course delegates will be able to:
- Understand the factors which influence the design of a compensation program;
- How to target, limit and use the correct salary and benefit surveys;
- How interpret salary surveys and understand what statistics are used and mean in remuneration analysis;
- Ensure compliance with national legislation and tax laws;
- How to pay senior management and executives using oganisation size parameters;
- Understand the different competitive oganisation market positions;
- Practical skills on how to Use Excel as an analysis tool – sorting, filters, pivot charts and basic formulae – analyzing data in excel, etc.
- Practical skills on how to present data using Excel – charting (scatterplots, line graphs, bar charts) – advanced functions; and
- How to use survey data and analysis to propose a remuneration and benefits strategy for your organisation
